Submission deadline for next issue: April 15th Please submit your students' work to Treasure Chest Magazine according to the guidelines below. We will carefully consider all work, and every school will be represented in our magazine. However, due to the general constraints of space, we cannot promise that every submission will be published. 1. All work should be representative of the creative work being done by the students in your school. Poetry, short stories and artwork must be the work of individual students. Work produced by an entire class or a group of students will not be considered. 2. We will only consider one work per student. 3. All work must be submitted in electronic format. Emails can be sent to us at submissions@treasurechestmagazine.org. CD-ROM and floppy discs can be sent by regular mail. Please see our mailing addresses below. 4. Written work must be typed. Poetry should be limited to 30 lines, and double-spaced between stanzas. Short stories should be limited to 500 words. Do not send your only copy. Work will not be returned. 5. Art work must be digitally photographed or scanned in a jpeg file. Please contact us through our website if you need help with this format. Do not send original art work. Work will not be returned. 6. All work must include the following information: -student's name, age, grade, and school -title -for artwork, medium used 7. Work must be original and unpublished. 8. Profane, violent or sexual works will not be accepted. 9. Work submitted after the deadline will be considered for the next issue.
